About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and achieve ambitious revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, market analysis, and business development, combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company targets.

  • Create and implement marketing, public relations, and advertising campaigns.

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share.

  • Adjust pricing strategies based on market analysis and competitor activity.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.

  • Negotiate, prepare, and manage contracts and agreements.

  • Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.

  • Manage customer accounts in collaboration with the finance team.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives.

  • Set clear sales targets and performance standards.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for improvement.

  • Oversee daily sales operations, including lead management and pipeline development.

Reporting & Market Analysis

  • Prepare annual sales budgets, forecasts, and business plans.

  • Analyze market conditions, identify trends, and recommend strategic adjustments.

  • Track and report on sales performance, KPIs, and financial results.

  • Conduct competitor research to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales management or a senior sales role.

  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and market dynamics.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and work under pressure.
