About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop effective sales strategies, and achieve ambitious revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, market analysis, and business development, combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company targets.

Create and implement marketing, public relations, and advertising campaigns.

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share.

Adjust pricing strategies based on market analysis and competitor activity.
Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.

Negotiate, prepare, and manage contracts and agreements.

Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.

Manage customer accounts in collaboration with the finance team.
Team Leadership & Performance Management

Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives.

Set clear sales targets and performance standards.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for improvement.

Oversee daily sales operations, including lead management and pipeline development.
Reporting & Market Analysis

Prepare annual sales budgets, forecasts, and business plans.

Analyze market conditions, identify trends, and recommend strategic adjustments.

Track and report on sales performance, KPIs, and financial results.

Conduct competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales management or a senior sales role.

Strong knowledge of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and market dynamics.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
