Key Responsibilities

1. Channel Management

  • Manage direct sales channels for EBB and FWA devices.

  • Ensure recharge availability for 5G and Fixed Wireless Access devices in assigned areas.

  • Develop sales strategies to drive gross addition device sales.

2. Sales & Distribution

  • Drive Home Broadband (HBB) distribution.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Ensure installation SLAs are met.

  • Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to boost regional sales productivity.

3. Customer Complaint Resolution

  • Resolve customer complaints in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

  • Address staffing or operational issues affecting sales efficiency.

4. Customer Prospecting

  • Conduct direct and indirect customer prospecting.

  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Airtel products/services.

5. Trade Execution & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with sales processes and policies.

  • Recover devices from non-compliant customers.

  • Monitor device acquisition health and activation compliance.

6. Team Engagement & Development

  • Train, motivate, and develop sales supervisors and direct sales teams.

  • Lead by example to maintain high morale and productivity.

  • Implement feedback action plans from employee surveys.


Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years in corporate/SME sales, including 2 years in telecom/device selling or related fields.

  • At least 2 years at middle management level.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of market competition, regulations, and telecom devices.

  • Knowledge of HBB products and services.

  • Ability to deliver against challenging targets.

  • Strong entrepreneurial and leadership skills.

  • Effective route planning and performance evaluation.
